Attendance at MCA Survey

We can attend MCA “Out of Water” and “Running Trials / Finals survey”

We are able to field questions on our clients behalf and look out for instances where the surveyors interpretation of the rules differs from our own.

We have been able to save clients considerable amounts of money, especially where surveyors have inadvertently specified equipment that is not required, or where  our client is asked to make changes to the vessel which are not in the specific vessel class regulations.

It is often much easier for us to question the surveyor than our client.

Although each vessel has to be looked at on a case by case basis, we have been very successful in putting forward and agreeing staged plans with the MCA, allowing a phased approach, within manageable budget, for non critical work.
