Domestic Safety Management Code

We are able to write a Domestic Safety Management Code document for your company that complies with the requirements of MSN 1869(M) Amendment 1 and MGN 536 (M).

The requirements for the DSMC were updated in 2017 and we are still coming across existing operators who have not updated their system. In some cases this had lead to the MCA issuing both Non Conformities and Major Non Conformities for the operator.

We can help prevent these unfortunate situations, by reviewing your current DSMC system and if necessary rewrite the document so as to comply with the requirements. 

There is a further statutory requirement for operators to review their DSMC system once every three years, again we can assist with this.
